Refund policy

Effective 2026-09-03. Your first Pro subscription is refundable in full within 14 days of payment. After that, and for renewals, refunds are not offered pro-rata.

First subscription: 14 days

Email hello@sharehtml.org from your account email within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we refund the full amount. No reason needed. The refund is issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

Renewals and later cancellations

• Cancel any time from the billing portal. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time are not offered.
• Nothing is deleted when Pro ends. Pages stay up; you cannot add pages above the free limits until you delete some.

Exceptions

• If we terminate your account for breaching the acceptable use policy, no refund is due.
• If a charge was made in error (double charge, charge after cancellation), we refund it in full whenever it happened.
• Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, those apply.
